Alice Bredin, Founder and President

Alice has over 25 years of experience in the small business market. She has provided highly practical, actionable advice to countless entrepreneurs through her books, syndicated newspaper column, radio commentary and advice on small business forums on AOL, the Microsoft Network and elsewhere. Her unique insight into the needs of this audience has made her an invaluable resource to leading SMB marketers.


Stu Richards, CEO

Stu is responsible for setting Bredin strategy, as well as day-to-day management of company operations including marketing and business development, partnerships and alliances, product development, finance, operations and HR. A frequent speaker on marketing to SMBs, Stu has more than a decade of technology sales and brand marketing experience at IBM and Nabisco Brands. Stu holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.


Sandra Bauman, PhD, Director of Research

Sandra brings 20 years of experience in marketing research and consulting to her role as Director of Research. She's designed and managed hundreds of qualitative and quantitative studies for corporate clients. She completed her B.A. in journalism at Drake University, and her M.S.J. at Northwestern University. She holds a Ph.D. in communication research from Northwestern University.
